Lunr Ink provides custom tattoo design and application, cover-up consultations, VIP half-day sessions, touch-up services, appointment scheduling, digital gift cards, website booking tools, and related client communications. All studio sessions are conducted by appointment only in a private, one-on-one setting at 172 Broadway, Orangeville, ON.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Lunr Ink (through our website booking forms, deposit confirmations, or consultation requests), you agree to receive service-related messages. SMS communications may include:

• Appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and calendar updates
• Studio arrival instructions, directions, and preparation guidance
• Follow-up communications regarding design consultation or aftercare instructions
• Promotional offers, flash drop notifications, and studio news (with explicit consent)
• Account and deposit receipt notifications

You can cancel the SMS notification service at any time. Simply reply 'STOP' to any text message received from Lunr Ink. Upon sending 'STOP', we will send a single final confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin in the future, you may re-subscribe through our booking forms.

Message and data rates may apply for any SMS text messages sent to you from us or from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and studio interactions. If you have questions regarding your mobile text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile network operator.

No mobile phone numbers or personal mobile information will be shared, sold, rented, or traded with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as strictly necessary for messaging aggregators and service providers to transmit text messages on our behalf.

All tattoo services and SMS communications offered by Lunr Ink are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or opting into SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, Ontario Photo Card) is mandatory at the time of your appointment.

Clients agree to provide accurate contact information, disclose relevant health or medical conditions (including skin conditions, allergies, or blood-borne pathogens), follow pre-session preparation guidance, arrive punctually for scheduled appointments, and strictly adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by Serena.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time and lock in design preparation. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and rescheduling windows (minimum 48 hours notice required to transfer a deposit) are specified at the time of booking. All balance payments are due immediately upon session completion.

All custom tattoo artwork, stencil designs, flash sheets, website content, imagery, logos, and digital assets created or owned by Lunr Ink and Serena Medeiros remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lunr Ink. Designs created for clients are protected and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Lunr Ink maintains strict health Canada and local public health sterilization standards. Lunr Ink and its artists are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential issues arising from client failure to follow aftercare protocols or unauthorized third-party interventions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in question to the extent permitted by applicable Ontario law.

Your privacy is paramount to us. Personal information collected through our website, booking forms, or studio visits is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. For further details, please contact us at serenathetattooer@lunrink.com.
