3. Secure Your Appointment With Deposit – Once you've confirmed your details, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can get busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review the following policy to avoid any inconvenience:
Cancellations: If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment your deposit will be void. If you cancel before 48 hours then rescheduling is available but deposits are non refundable. (Please contact us directly in the case of an emergency)
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying me in advance, the deposit will not be refunded, and you’ll need to pay a new deposit to book another session.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. You can easily reschedule online through the booking system, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
